After losing over 130lbs naturally, I decided that my life mission is to help those struggling with the same issues that I had also struggled with for many years. I was tired, depressed and had given up on myself. I was in an extremely abusive relationship and had two very young children. Needless to say, my body and my health were completely neglected. To make matters worse, I was addicted to nicotine and drank alcohol on a regular basis. I was working 8-12 hour shifts and felt like I had no support, so I turned to food for comfort. My lifestyle was unhealthy and needed to change.

It’s crazy to think that I can attribute so many of my achievements to simply correcting my eating habits. It has helped me in so many ways including the way I look and feel, but also in the way I think and work. Small changes add up to big results.
